REGARDING FEEDING OF BIRDS/ANIMALS
Despite polite reminders that feeding birds and animals on our property is strictly prohibited, someone continues to do so.
Once the guilty party is identified, a fine of up to $100 per day may be levied against that person
and other penalties may also apply.
This behavior will not be tolerated
FEEDING WILDLIFE – Important Notice
We are receiving complaints that some residents are throwing or placing table scraps of food around our property, possibly with the intention of feeding wildlife.
This is a strong violation of our Rules and Regulations and we ask that this activity stop immediately.



While you may think you are being kind by feeding the wildlife, you are doing a disservice to our resident pets, especially dogs, who may eat the food and get sick. It’s also an insult to our hard-working landscaping volunteers who shouldn’t have to deal with picking up discarded food on the property.
Please remember that this is an enforceable rules violation subject to a fine or loss of common are use privileges.
POOL CLOSURE NOTICE
On Monday April 27th we will begin a major reconstruction and landscaping project which will make it necessary to close the following facilities:
Indoor Pool
The OutdoorA/B Pool
The Hot Tub
The reconstruction work should be done by May 1st and the pools and hot tub re-opened.
Landscaping will then begin.
Please note that the C/D pool will remain open.
Help Wanted
Maintenance staff member Kenny Futch has resigned and is no longer with us.
We are currently seeking a replacement and urge all residents to let us know if you can think of someone who might be interested in the position.
This could be a full-time or a part-time position, and while experience would be preferred it is not required. We will train as necessary.
We seek a reliable and honest person who will fit in with our community.

- The project has been rescheduled to February 9th, pending weather conditions. Please have your balconies empty of ALL ITEMS by the beginning of the week your wing is scheduled. Once the balcony is painted, DO NOT return items to the balcony for 72 hrs. New schedule is as follows:
- February 9th-15th – A Wing – Units 05,06,07,08, B Wing – Units 01,02,03,04
- February 16th – 22nd – B Wing – Units 05,06,07,08, C Wing – Units 05,06,07
- February 23rd – March 1rst – C Wings – Units 01,02,03,04, D Wing – Units 01,02,03,04
- March 2nd – 08th – D Wing – Units 05,06,07, A Wing – Units 01,02,03,04
- January 26, 2026 – Board Meeting will be held in the lobby of the Cloverleaf on Thursday, January 29th at 7:00 P.M. Agenda has been emailed to owners who have opted in to receive emails and has been posted in the elevators and mailroom.

- There will be a Town Hall meeting conducted by our Blue Stream Launch Account Manager, Amy Bessey, Friday August 15th at 6 pm in the Social Room. She will give a short presentation and then answer all questions from owners.
- Starting the week of August 18, a Blue Stream representative will be here at the Cloverleaf to allow owners to register for their new service and set up an appointment time for Blue Stream technicians to finish the installation of their equipment and meet with owners to assist them in hooking up their TVs, computers, etc. They will also show owners how to use the remote, record TV shows, etc. The days and times next week will be posted.
Please note it is MANDATORY that each owner registers with Blue Stream before anything more can happen. For those who are not here, the registration can be done by phone by calling a special number to be announced shortly. - Channel Guides showing what TV channels are included with our bulk contract will be available at the Town Hall meeting and in the brochure the Blue Stream provides in your consultation. Those wishing to purchase additional services directly from Blue Stream may do so during the registration process.
